Challenge Structure The Lower Body Challenge is divided into three distinct sections, each tailored to address specific aspects of lower body development: Foundation Building: This initial phase lays the groundwork for future progress. It introduces basic but effective exercises to establish strength and flexibility, ensuring proper form and technique to set the stage for more advanced workouts. Strength and Power Development: Building on a solid foundation, this section introduces weights and resistance training to increase muscle strength and power. You will learn how to safely incorporate additional resistance into your workouts and engage in plyometric exercises to develop explosive strength. Endurance and Agility: The final section of the challenge focuses on enhancing your muscle stamina and agility.
