8 Week Challenge Rules & Regulations:

1. Eligibility:

Participants must be 18 years or older to join the MB Fitness 8-Week Challenge.

The challenge is open to all fitness levels.

Participants must complete the registration, payment of the $50 entry fee, and submission of the release form before the challenge start date.
2. Challenge Duration:
-
The challenge runs for 8 consecutive weeks starting from [start date] and ending on [end date].

Participants must commit to the full duration of the challenge to be eligible for prizes.
3. Points System: Participants will earn points based on the following activities:

Workout Completed: 5 points per workout.

Daily Habit Completed: 30 points per day (habits will be defined at the start of the challenge).

Personal Best Set: 20 points for each personal best achieved during the challenge.

Daily Nutrition Goal Hit: 10 points per day.
-
Fitness Goal Hit: 100 points for reaching your overall fitness goal by the end of the challenge.
4. Workout and Nutrition Plan:

Participants can choose between an at-home workout plan or an in-gym workout plan.

A personalized nutrition plan will be provided based on individual goals and dietary preferences.

All plans must be followed as prescribed to ensure fairness in point distribution.
5. Tracking and Verification:

Participants must log their workouts, daily habits, and nutrition goals using the designated tracking platform provided by MB Fitness.

Points will be verified by the MB Fitness team based on the data entered in the tracking platform.

Personal bests and fitness goals will be validated through progress assessments conducted at the beginning and end of the challenge.
6. Winner Selection:

Three winners will be selected based on the highest points accumulated over the 8 weeks.

In the event of a tie, additional factors such as overall improvement and adherence to the program may be considered.
7. Prizes:

The top three participants will each receive 3 months of one-on-one coaching with Dr. Jessie Virga.

Winners will also receive a $100 gift certificate to Thorne.
8. Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to engage in the challenge with integrity and honesty.

Any attempt to falsify progress or manipulate the points system will result in disqualification.
9. Health and Safety:

Participants should consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness or nutrition program.

MB Fitness is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during the challenge.

Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and adjust intensity as needed to prevent injury.
10. Release Form:

All participants must complete and submit the MB Fitness release form prior to the challenge start date. Failure to submit the form will result in disqualification from the challenge.
11. Amendments:

MB Fitness reserves the right to modify or amend the rules and regulations at any time during the challenge. Participants will be notified of any changes.
12. Agreement:

By participating in the challenge, participants agree to abide by all rules and regulations outlined here.
