How The Program Works
After you've signed up for one of our plans, one of our fitness professionals designs your personalized workout.
If your plan includes a personalized meal plan, your meal plan is created by a nutritionist.
THIS is what makes us unique and BETTER than your traditional personal trainer. Not only do we recommend submitting your blood work, we require a comprehensive consultation questionnaire in order to determine your overall health. We want you to look and feel good on the inside and out. Just because someone has a toned figure and appears healthy; unless they are carefully monitoring their biological processes deep beneath the surface they may not be as healthy as they appear.
AT MBF your OVERALL health is our priority. We want you to reach your goals and maintain them for life - you can only achieve this if you combine the expertise of personal trainers with the medical knowledge of our nutrition specialists.
When you join our team, you'll get 24/7 access to a fitness professional, track your progress on our MB Fitness app and 1:1 check-ins with your trainer/coach.
Why do you need 1:1 Check-Ins with a Fitness Professional?
While you're achieving your fitness goals, your body is going to be changing - a lot. Not just your physical appearance, but what's happening at a cellular level too. It is important that as you engage in physical activity and dietary changes, a fitness professional is their to guide you. Their ability to detect changes (i.e. you aren't losing body fat, you are not hungry or too hungry, etc.) and adjust accordingly is why we are here. Your body will sometimes plateau which means that it stops doing what we want it to do and gets used to the plan you are on. When this plateau happens, our fitness professionals know exactly what to do and how to change your plan(s) to keep you on track.
After some time and multiple adjustments to your plan(s), you'll be "dialed in;" meaning we've found your perfect meal and workout plan and the occasional fine tuning is all that is needed. "Dialed in," simply means that we have your metabolism where it needs to be in order to achieve your fitness goals and we have mastered your body's chemistry to do the same while maintaining your lifestyle.
