Paul

Paul lagoda is there founder and head coach at Flex Academy INC. A 3x overall bodybuilding champion as well as over 7 years of training experience from novice athletes all the way to NFL Super Bowl champions. Well versed in hypertrophy training and contest prep for bodybuilding, classic physique, physique, women's physique,wellness, figure, and bikini. Well versed in nutrition and advanced supplementation protocols for all athletes and lifestyle clients.

Luke

Luke Peters is a Hypertrophy Trainer with Flex Academy Inc and Manager with Flex Nutrition at Metroflex Oceanside, CA. He received his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin River Falls in Business Management and Military Science. Luke’s other accomplishments include Commissioning as an Army Officer and received certifications in Personal Training, Group Aerobics and Nutrition through ISSA and NASM.  In 2012, His career started off in the military after high school, in which he balanced the workload along with college classes. His first job was being recruited as an Infantryman, then later given responsibility as a Platoon Leader for an infantry platoon in 2016, and then as a Battle Captain at brigade headquarters in mission command in 2019 before resigning in 2022. After graduating college in 2019, his first job outside the government was with U.S. Bank as an Asset Data Setup Specialist. Luke eventually decided to resign from U.S. Bank in 2021 to pursue his passion in the fitness industry in California, where he quickly adapted within a year to working in Metroflex as an administrator, Flex Academy as a Hypertrophy Trainer, and Flex Nutrition as a manager. Recently, most of Luke’s time is spent training clients and collaborating with the company owners to improve business revenue and procedures. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time working out, being with family, shooting sports, adventuring outdoors, and reading books about fitness or military. Luke Currently resides in Escondido with his girlfriend and their dogs, Odin and Yoda.

Cassandra

Hi! I’m Cassandra! I am an ISSA certified personal trainer with Flex Academy & a NPC Overall Wellness Champion. My love of health and fitness started extremely young as I grew up as a nationally ranked cheerleader through high school & into college at the University of Memphis while studying kinesiology. While I am able to assist in the growth of upper body and overall development, I specialize in hypertrophy primarily in the lower extremities, being quads, hamstrings, and glutes. It is a priority of mine that every client and athlete that I have the pleasure of working with reaches their goals inside and out of the gym. It is important to me that they understand the lifestyle and physique they desire is attainable through hard work and dedication. The disciple that comes with committing to a healthy lifestyle regimen very easily projects into other areas of life and I will always be here cheering you on every step of the way! I look forward to meeting you soon! 

Luna

Hi ya’ll! I’m Luna! I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with Flex Academy. I have previously competed overseas in Japan having Top 3 placement in the Bikini division. I am a mother of a wonderful 3 year old, have over 11 years of trauma/ surgical experience and Navy veteran. My love for health and fitness started as a young girl and followed through as an adult. I stayed extremely active during pregnancy.  After my delivery I struggled a great deal with Post Partum Depression and Anxiety. Strength Training and falling in love with become healthy and strong again catapulted my love for fitness and helping others. I specialize  in hypertrophy training, focusing on slowing your movements down and teaching mind muscle connection. As well as Functional / High Intensity Interval Training. It is my focus that I teach and educate my clients about focusing on the small details and changes in their daily lives that will help with reaching their overall goal. We are a team, I am here to guide you, push you and educate you every step along the way but your hard work and dedication to yourself is what will truly count. I look forward to meeting with you!
